Meet the Owner: Ben Kellett
Ben Kellett is the founder and owner of Firm Foundation Inspection Services LLC, providing professional home inspections, commercial property inspections, and new construction inspections in Upstate South Carolina. Ben brings more than 22 years of hands-on construction and heavy infrastructure experience to every inspection. Since 2004, he has worked on and managed complex drilling, foundation stabilization, and subsurface construction projects throughout the United States, developing extensive experience with structural systems, soil conditions, drainage, hydraulics, foundations, and site conditions.
Before starting Firm Foundation Inspection Services, Ben brought his construction background into the residential home inspection industry, where he gained extensive experience evaluating homes and identifying defects, safety concerns, moisture and drainage problems, structural issues, and other conditions that can affect a property. Today, he combines that inspection experience with decades of real-world construction knowledge to provide thorough, straightforward inspections for homebuyers, homeowners, real estate professionals, builders, investors, and commercial property owners throughout the Upstate South Carolina area.
